EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT:
We want you to love your NightLight jewelry, so if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or present given to you, please contact us at JEWELRY@NIGHTLIGHTINTERNATIONAL.COM. We are happy to offer exchanges for an alternative size or a different item of equal value. We will pay shipping for exchanges done in the first 30 days.
Due to the nature of our work, NightLight does not offer refunds for items previously purchased but is happy to issue store credit to be redeemed at any time.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS:
NightLight jewelry is handmade and we stand by the quality of our products. Should an item ever break, please contact us at JEWELRY@NIGHTLIGHTINTERNATIONAL.COM. For items worn for 18 months or less, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If you have had an item for over 18 months, please email us to discuss repair options.
If you are ordering from a country outside the U.S., select the applicable International or Canadian shipping option at checkout. Please note that some countries charge recipients tax and/or fees for merchandise imported from the U.S.
Orders placed online usually ship within 1-3 business days from the order date.
