How do I return an item?

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at NightLight, exchanges can be arranged if NightLight is contacted within 30 days of delivery or purchase of the jewelry. NightLight will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the jewelry shipped back. Upon receipt, NightLight will issue an exchange credit, as specified.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED JEWELRY
Within 30 days:
If your jewelry arrives damaged or is broken in the first 30 days after purchase, NightLight will replace the jewelry and pay all shipping costs. Please notify NightLight immediately with your order number, item number and a description of the jewelry. NightLight will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and ship a replacement item to you with postage reimbursement as soon as the broken piece is received.

Between 30 days and 12 months:
Within the first year, if any item of NightLight jewelry breaks 30 days after your purchase, you may return it to NightLight for a replacement. Please notify us and mail the jewelry to the Branson office. When the broken item is received, a replacement item will be sent. Customers will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs after 30 days.
